Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with MVA Creates. We take pride in the quality of our work and want you to love your order. Please read our return policy below.

1) Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are made to order and/or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Personalized items (names, initials, dates, custom text, custom designs)

- Made-to-order items created specifically for you

- Items marked “Final Sale”

We do accept returns for eligible non-personalized items that are unused and in original condition, subject to the timeframes below.

2) Return Window (Eligible Items Only)

For eligible (non-personalized) items, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 7 days after approval.

Returned items must be:

- Unused and unwashed

- In original packaging (if applicable)

- In the same condition as received

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the item and packaging (including the shipping box label if possible)

After review, we will offer one of the following (at our discretion):

- A replacement (preferred for made-to-order items)

- A repair (if applicable)

- A refund

4) Personalized Item Approval & Customer Errors

Please double-check personalization details (spelling, dates, initials) before placing your order.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including:

- Misspellings, wrong dates, wrong initials

- Incorrect address entered at checkout

If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately at mvacreates@gmail.com. If production hasn’t started, we may be able to update it—but we can’t guarantee changes once work begins.

5) Shipping Costs

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping on eligible returns (unless the return is due to our error or damage/defect).

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

6) Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (eligible items only), we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).

7) Cancellations

Because many items are made-to-order:

- Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase only if production has not started.

- Once an order is in production, we may be unable to cancel it.
